Filipinos have a unique advantage in online language education — near-native English fluency makes them highly sought-after ESL tutors globally, while the growing BPO industry creates demand for Japanese, Korean, and Mandarin skills. ESL teaching is already a massive Philippine industry through call centers — PreplyAd lets individuals earn more per hour teaching directly. OFWs returning home can leverage language skills from abroad. Students need Korean for K-drama entertainment industry jobs. Japanese language skills open doors to Japan’s work visa programs. Preply connects learners with tutors for 1-on-1 video sessions — learn any language or teach English to the world, set your schedule and rates.
